Similarly, making a drastic change in the way you eat will set your metabolism scrambling to keep up. The right change will have your body burning excess fat in very little time! There is even more good news! It doesn’t require swearing off your favorite foods, drinking a barely palatable tea, or finding the perfect organic berry. The 3 Week Diet is even easier that that.

Our body metabolizes all the energy sources we hold inside our bodies. While fat is a fairly constant source of fuel for the body, it is often the body’s second choice. Unfortunately, much like us, the body has an attraction for instant gratification. This means it uses the energy from the most recent meal or snack before it uses fat we have stored up inside. Because of this, we quite often go to bed without burning any fat. Well, my three week diet uses that information for your advantage. My special fat-burning eating plan will let you burn off stored fat before your metabolism starts burning calories from the food you have most recently consumed and it will keep on going.

The first step involves adding some specific types of foods to your eating plan. No, this is not about switching to a low carb or ketogenic diet. My diet does not take foods away from you; however, it does add them in. The specialized foods about which I speak may not be familiar to you, but the metabolism boosting properties make them worth a try! They are as cheap as any other type of snack and are not unpleasant to eat. What is more, you can find these food items at favorite grocery store.
